Degree in Economics and Business at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan in 1982. ?Certified Public Accountant registered with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Lecco since 1984. Auditor.? Business Economics Professor at ITC (state Commercial and Technical Institute) Parini in Lecco, from 1985 to 2000.? Guest Lecturer (Planning and Costs in Building Construction) and expert of the field within the Department of Building Construction (BEST) of the Politecnico University in Milan, from 1996 to 2009.?Author of various Business Economics publications.? Trade association consultant on fiscal and corporate matters.?Lecturer of training courses on fiscal and corporate matters.? Assistant to numerous Italian and foreign companies.?Member of Audit Committee of numerous Italian companies, in some of which stake is held also by foreign entities. ?Member of various supervisory bodies of Italian companies.
